6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time, subject to outstanding payments or obligations. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses risk to the Company or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the three months preceding the claim.
